The Predis™ system is located in the oven entrance.
-First, the hydrogen peroxide (H2O2 employed as sterilized agent) is deposited onto the internal wall of each preform.
-Performs are then heated in the oven until they reach a temperature of up to 100°C which guarantees activation of the H2O2.
-In a constant controlled atmosphere, the system ensures reduction in microorganisms between the preform and the filled-capped bottle.
-Self protection due to H2O2 exhaust after activation and blowing phases
-Economical: Low consumption of chemical & energies
-Low maintenance and labor costs
-Ecological: Low power; no water consumption; no effluents; compact system
-Packaging: Possible light weighting; total freedom of shape
