The Predis™ system is located in the oven entrance.

-First, the hydrogen peroxide (H2O2 employed as sterilized agent) is deposited onto the internal wall of each preform.

-Performs are then heated in the oven until they reach a temperature of up to 100°C which guarantees activation of the H2O2.

-In a constant controlled atmosphere, the system ensures reduction in microorganisms between the preform and the filled-capped bottle.

-Depending on the size of the oven, one or more gaz shock can be placed under each rack. These cylinders are calibrated according to the force to be produced, they are attached at the bottom,  to the oven frame.

-A locking latch system keeps the racks in the down position. Indeed, without this lock, whenever a heating module is extracted, the rack would tend to rise under the thrust of the cylinders.

-Applicable only on ECOVEN

• A cabinet for storing the SIDEL specific tools, to be mounted on the preform feeder gangways.
• Tools are sorted by items to be maintained: transfer arms, oven, PUPM, 40mm nozzle cylinders (upgraded snap ring free).

Replacement of old generation oven ventilation box by new generation (ventilation through reflectors) including electronic driven ventilator (adjustable speed).

Adaptation of ventilation system on necks at oven end, including additional ventilators.

Adaptation of a 2 IR lamps module (zone 1&2) at oven end.

Modifications in order to reduce lamp pitch from 19mm to 15 mm.

Adaptation of 2 additional heating zone ( 9 & 10) if not existing originally.

• A vortex tube produces refrigerated air from high pressure air skid
• Low temperature air is blown on the neck finishes trough perforated tubes, with adjustable positioning against the water cooling shields, right below the oven modules

• On each heating module, a pair of individual lamp holders are inserted into the racks,.
• IR beam of the upper lamp, can be directed according to the most relevant angle
• This heating profile customization is fully reversible.

• An additional ventilation box to be installed opposite to the existing single ventilation box.
• Air is sucked from both sides of the oven.

-The dedust wheel comprises 30 injectors which blow compressed (at 2 bars) filtered air into the preforms

-Independently of the air supply for the machine air cylinders, the compressed air system provides a high level of filtration using a prefilter, a filter and an total filter. It also brings down air pressure from 7 bars to 2 bars

-The air suction hood comprises a turbine fan in a sealed housing, a particle filter and two baffles to channel air suction flow

-Drive for the rotation of the feed wheel, the dedust wheel and the transfer wheel is provided by a belt itself driven by the oven transmission shaft

New fixed spindle rotation chains no longer requiring periodical greasing.

Addition of bars in the modules of oven in which circulates of cooled water.

-Time needed for conversion reduced to the minimum: Equivalent air ports (preblowing and blowing), block fully assembled in our workshop (reduce the machine downtime), no modification of the electrical diagram or of the PLC software.

-Available versions: Central or low position exhaust, with or without Air Recovery Kit

-A very simple replacement of the 2kW infra red lamps by the new 1,700W proximity reflector lamps

-On SBO Series 1 the ECO lamps can be installed without oven modifications whatever the oven pitch (15 mm, 19 mm, progressive)

-A diagnostic visit has to be forecasted followed by a refurbishing. This upgrade will be performed only if the machine is back to its original conditions

-A reading of the process sheets will show if the remaining oven heating capacity is enough for the new speed

-The minimum required PCC version to install this O&U is V2.02; for prior versions, an update of the PCC is mandatory

-Ceramic reflector held in place above the preform by an independent, height-adjustable frame

-Part of the radiation, which normally dissipates, is redirected by reflection onto the preform
