Description

-On each blowing station, a single assembly combines the nozzle cylinder and the valves for preblow, blowing & exhaust.

-By combining the nozzle cylinder and the valves, the dead volume of air is reduced, thus reducing the amount of air needed to pressurize the system.

-Time spent for maintenance is reduced as the valves are easier to dismantle.
