Description

The presence of a differential compensation on the machine implies a different distribution of the high pressure air (40 b). The air of compensation is directly distributed via the electromagnetic valve on the mould holder units. The blowing air is pressure reduced (~36 b) before being distributed via the ring and the electromagnetic valves towards the blowing nozzles. The difference of pressure between the air of compensation and the blowing air ensures a perfect contact between the 2 half-moulds during the manufacture of the article. In general and for an optimal operation, the pressure of the air of compensation must be 10% higher than the pressure of blowing air.

Machine application

Blowers S2 PM MM GM

Benefits

This option allows, in the case of a manufacture of articles of large volume (> 2 liters), to ensure a perfect compensation of the blowing air in the mould holder unit.
