Trickle Feeder, TK20, TK40 & TK100 [CAP008]

The Trickle Feeder is the buffer of a bulk feeding system. Its function is to add to the material holding capacity of a line and elevate caps at an ideal transit height to a sorting solution. Its implantation can be improved with the installation of a Dumper or a Tilter to further reduce material replenishment frequency.

• The system is composed of a low amount of moving parts, wash-down safe and easy to clean out.

• The large hopper capacity reduces material reloading frequency.

Safety & Ergonomic

• The Trickle Feeder can easily connect directly to a cap feeder or with bulk conveyor to allow remote location of equipment for operation ergonomics.

Flexibility & Reliability

• The modular design allows for different hopper sizes and it can reach high discharge elevations.

Can be implemented on a variety of Sidel and competitors’  cap feeding and cap sorting equipment.
