Description

A Hopper Ionizer Bar is used in cases where upside down caps tend to stick to the belt through the speed bump and are not sorted correctly due to static electricity. Dry air/environment can cause static to form. The Hopper Ionizer Bar neutralizes the static electricity from the hopper by spreading ionized air on the caps to prevent this bonding effect to the belt.

 

  • Available for Belt Widths: 305mm to 762mm (12in to 30in),
  • Control: 120V and 24V,
  • Standards: CE & IP66 rated for protection against particulate and splash, UL listed bars are also available

 

The Hopper Ionizer Bar retrofit can be further customized to client’s needs.
