-PLC controls foam system's pressure via water supply pump.
-Heater ensures that water quality is sterile and does not modify the beer or sparkling drink.
-Water hardness must be < 1°F (4 mg/L) as it reaches the system.
-Foam pressure will vary according to the product: Beer: 15-21 bar Sparkling drinks: 1.6-2 bar
