Contactless Vacuum Drum [AA32]

• The new system includes a new vacuum distribution plate (green plastic plate) that will be supplied with the upgrade: the new design, in addition to the introduction of grooves, has also lightened its weight.
• The plate is completely compatible to the previous one but, with the same configuration, it leads to:
  • Less contact surface area;
  • Reduce the friction and wear between parts;
  • Fix the issue of the automatic grease hole obstruction;
  • Greater uniformity in the grease distribution.

Labeller EvoDECO Roll-Fed, SSC

• The vacuum distributor in a fix position with calibrated spacer allows to avoid contact and friction; 0,1 mm of gap can ensure a controlled vacuum leakage and the drum motor torque decrease of 70%.
• Greasing interval decrease up to 70%, this will decrease the grease contamination on the vacuum channel and the cleaning interval on this area.
• Avoid vacuum circuit contamination with grease.
