Beschreibung
The flowmeter must be replaced with the new model.
The new Krohne flowmeter cannot be controlled by the existing pilot valve.
The only solution available is to replace the entire filling valve control system with the latest technology and materials used on MATRIX fillers
Typical scope of supply is made of
- KROHNE "BATCHFLUX 5500 C“ flow meters
- FESTO SRMD solenoid valve block
- SIDEL slave board
- B&R CPU - master for controlling the valve pilot groups
- PC with Windows 10 operating system
- license for HMI software (ZenOn or similar according to software installed)
- Scope will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis
Each new valve piloting unit will manage a single filling valve

- Festo "CPV10" control solenoid valves have been discontinued by manufacturer
