Quick platform changeover [AA07]

Picture 1 shows the parts assembled on the machine.

The system is made up of: plastic handling parts (2) and support (3).The platform is assembled with two centring pins (4), locked, when in place, by a spring system The part is replaced by pressing the lever which releases the pins (5).

-Save 20 minutes for a common labeler with 24 platforms: 10 min with quick release platforms versus 30 min for changing the traditional (screwed) platforms

-More generally, changeover time will last 25 seconds with quick release instead of 1 minute 15 seconds with traditional platforms
