Description
The new system for detection of filling nozzle in the bottle consists of a group of sensors on the outfeed conveyor of the machine.
This detection system sends an alarm to the machine, shutting it down and signalling any problems with the filling valve due to the nozzle falling.
At the same time, it eliminates the risk of metal getting into the bottle after filling during production.
