According to the production set-up, the oven heating modules can be equipped with reflectors. Each comb reflector is fitted with five independently adjustable vents.

The rapid off-load system is fitted with a rotary cam which raises and lowers a shaft which in turn raises the ejector rod.

The arm-head is oriented by the cam follower and the grip opening/closing movements are controlled by a second cam follower ensuring that the preform does not move during transfer.

The 4-stage cylinder nozzle holds the preform in the mold as it goes down (1st stage) preventing the preform from slipping from the grips as they open.The second down-stage will only take place once the grips have retracted.

The preferential heating option allows the production of flat-sided and asymmetrical containers.

Depending on the production set-up and the item being manufactured, this option may be associated with the supplementary option: neck indexing in the oven
