Festo Splicing unit Cylinders kit [OCL002]

-The new system consists of New pneumatic cylinders by Festo. Usually 2 cylinders for blades and 2 for pads for each Splicing unit installed on board.

-It includes new pad mounting plates, new knives mounting plates, connectors and retrofit material.

-Internal tests shows an improved splicing accuracy of roughly 50% (from 8mm offset to 3mm offset at first go after idling) for high speed applications

-Failure rate at first go after idling (Glued piston effect) lowered

3. Reduced cost at spare part purchase

-Spare parts lowered cost over the Spare Cylinder itself.
