Filler CO2 regulation System [OCF004]

New system with Emerson modulating valves for CO2 regulation stable control (under PID. Automation managed):

• The new system consists of new valves (1 or 2 regardless the original OEM configuration) with different and dedicated sizing INFEED-EXHAUST, replacing the obsolete ones.
• It includes Hardware, Adaptation kit (cables in some applications), Software preparation, Documents / BoM update.

Filler RAA, REV, REP, REE, RVE (all types), RPN (all type) RBS, RNF, RSC, RSE Series

• Necessary solution with newer component available in the market.

• Prevents long downtimes in case of failure

• ASCO-Jucomatic CO2 Modulating Valves 80000SEF816, 00000150261 installed on Several Filler production is stopped by manufacturer. One or the other is installed on a specific Filler depending on Serial number

• Both are discontinued by OEM manufacturer.

• Spare Part unavailability.

• Risk of long Downtime for equipment at Bottlers production  plants as it takes an upgrade to be able to install active newer components.
