New Quick-Insert Dummy Bottle for Selecta [SF024]

-The command of the dummy bottle insertion is pneumatic and allows the operator to lower the carriage being able to manually insert the dummy bottle. This device is mandatory in case of “spring lift cylinder”, it is optional in all other cases.

-The dummy bottle positioning

a. during production - safety held in its position by means of two spheres,

b. during sanitization - inserted on the centring ring nut.

-In case of the manual dummy bottles replacement, this upgrade allows to have an insertion phase quicker and easier;

-In case of the automatic dummy bottles replacement, this upgrade allows to have a manual dummy bottle insertion procedure safer and with less risk of crash.
