Preform Dumper [2037]

• Mechanical device including a moving bin to transfer preforms from the octabin to the hopper
• moveable cover and a pivoting flap to prevent preforms from falling parts/dust
• Quick access without opening the doors: safety zone during dumping phases created with light barriers (optional)

Standard configuration :

• When Octabin is positioned, and doors closed: operator to validate with push button on duper electrical cab
• Automatic dumping depending on hopper low level sensor
• Automatic hopper cover opening (if any)
• Automated preform loading system in the hopper for 2 octabins

• Continuous preform feeding without production’s interruption
• Top bottles’ hygiene/cleanliness thanks to moveable cover (optional)
