Spring Lift for Selecta Filling Valve [SF041]

-The proposed solution consists of replacing the compressed air drive with a mechanical drive with a spring

-The valve trolley is modified, removing all the seals on the sliding stem and then inserting the new stem and drive spring.

-Reduce maintenance time up to 15 min/valve

-Compressed air system is eliminated, doing away with related maintenance requirements (cleaning & replacing filters, seals…)

-Longer maintenance interval for the lift jack à from 3000h to 12000h

-Maintenance conditions: high durability 10 M cycles (currently 3,6 M cycles)
