• The existing lubricated head slide is replaced by a new engineering plastic
• For field test 1to3 Lube Free head slide can be installed prior changing all capper.
• Only ~15mn for a maintenance operator to replace a traditional head slide by a new Lube Free Slide.
• Slides synthetic bearing need to be replaced every 12,000 hours.
• Saving 1hour per week of maintenance time
