Ferroshield - Magnetic Ferrous Particle Control [SP032]

Upgrade adoptable for machines that process cocoa-base products and products with above-average ferrous particles (which stick to the magnetic part of the filling valve plunger).

Solution to the particles that remain on the permanent magnet of the filling valves.

The main operations to perform the upgrade will include:

• Installation of the magnetic filter;
• Replacement of the valve plungers with the new ones with oversized diameter;
• Installation of a new pressure probe PTS103 after the heat exchanger (if not present);
• Installation of an inverter to manage the pump PPS101 (if not present): to be checked at offering phase whether there is space inside the electrical cabinet to place the new inverter and, if there is no space, use a field inverter;
• Software and electrical updates
