Crown Feeder belt discharge is powered by compressed air (72 Nm3/h – 7 bar). The aim of this option is to save the compressed air consumption by the usage of filtered air from an electrical fan.

The fan is self-standing and located nearby the Crown Feeder (Stainless steel piping available in option)

Air generated by an electrical fan is sprayed on the crowns into a treatment box connected to a vacuum device.

Enclosure in PET and stainless steel at the crown feeder discharge with piping in plastic (stainless steel in option) plus a self-standing central unit on the floor

In case of a miss-oriented crown, this device ejects upside-down crown and send them to a collection box.

Integrated in the cap chute at crown feeder discharge, this system operates without any compressed air

Removing the transition chute, this system allows a bottle format changeover without any intervention.

Crowner movement are automatically followed

Allow feeding of the cap / crown feeder with a high capacity octabin. Operator is no more feeding the system by hand with small carton boxes.

The Trickle Feeder is the buffer of a bulk feeding system. Its function is to add to the material holding capacity of a line and elevate caps at an ideal transit height to a sorting solution. Its implantation can be improved with the installation of a Dumper or a Tilter to further reduce material replenishment frequency.

Self-adjustable cover design allows different pallet bin sizes. Cap bins or plastic totes are pneumatically moved up-side down from the loading area toward the bird feed chute. Loading can be performed by lift truck and/or manual pallet jack (jigger). Implantation can be improved with Trickle Feeder and/or Bulk Cap Conveyors, to provide buffer capacity and remote cap feeding.

A Hopper Ionizer Bar is used in cases where upside down caps tend to stick to the belt through the speed bump and are not sorted correctly due to static electricity. Dry air/environment can cause static to form. The Hopper Ionizer Bar neutralizes the static electricity from the hopper by spreading ionized air on the caps to prevent this bonding effect to the belt.

Stainless Steel Air Conveyor Guides reduce cleaning frequency due to plastic deposit and plastic filament formation along the Flat Top Air Conveyor (FTAC). The Stainless Steel Guides retrofit help specifically with small lightweight closures and closures that tend to leave residue on guides. The reduced coefficient of friction and less abrasive surface do not promote cap degradation and plastic residue buildup.

The Water Rinser unit rinses closures with customer process, pre-filtered water, to eliminate dust particles. A drain collects the waste water dust particles
