We have two storage cart models, fully made in stainless steel, with wheels for easy moving:

-For bottle handling parts: inclined walls with special hooks to hold stars, guides and feedscrews.

-For label handling parts: wide shelves holding vacuum drums, cutter shells, or paddles and other auxiliary parts

AX10 - Sistema di visione per l'orientamento delle bottiglie sulle etichettatrici ad alta velocità View O&U sheet
Descrizione
Il sistema di orientamento video Sidel è un sistema automatico provvisto di videocamere ad alta velocità installate all'interno dell'etichettatrice, in corrispondenza dell'entrata della giostra. All'ingresso nell'etichettatrice, i contenitori sono orientati in modo casuale. Quindi, vengono ruotati tramite le piattaforme servocomandate per consentire l'acquisizione delle immagini della superficie completa. Per ogni bottiglia vengono riprese e inviate a un microcontrollore quattro immagini. L'algoritmo cerca i punti di riferimento sulle immagini registrate.La posizione dei punti di riferimento sull'immagine scelta viene confrontata con le altre immagini memorizzate nel sistema durante la procedura di taratura. Tramite l'interpolazione di questi dati, la posizione angolare effettiva viene calcolata e inviata al controllore del sistema di movimento. La piattaforma controllata ruota la bottiglia portandola nella posizione corretta per l'applicazione dell'etichetta.
