The sensors are installed to check the bottles, when the shift register is not aligned with the bottles presence just stop the machine to avoid  possible bottle transfer problem

New upper manifold has replaced bearings with sliding sleeves in plastic material which don’t require any lubrication, thus making the manifold more hygienic. Gaskets have been replaced with new gaskets made of material that improves lifetime and allows less frequent ordinary maintenance operations.

- The new magnetic safety gate is mounted in the initial area of conveyor filler output bottles, is controlled by a sensor on or off with magnetic contact.

- The movement of opening and closure is driven by a magnetic contact

-The new design of the upper manifold allows a reduction in the maintenance time interval and less machine downtime; the gaskets durability  is increased.

-The balls are lubricated by a greasing nipple to optimize their operation and lengthen their lifetime.

-The current solution with manifold bearing increases the risk of contamination due to the need for lubrication of the collector

-The new solution proposes Manifold with new thrust block (Teca Peek) with no need for lubrication

New transmission configuration with Brushless motorization for the filler carousel, replacing the current belt drive

-This system handles PET bottles by the neck inside the filler-capper block; bottles are simply transferred from the blower in the filler block.

-The transfer star wheels are entirely made from stainless steel and have grippers which enable the handling of several bottle types without changing changeover parts.

-No need to change the filler-capper block height when the dimensions of the bottle body change. This reduces drastically the changeover times.

-The command of the dummy bottle insertion is pneumatic and allows the operator to lower the carriage being able to manually insert the dummy bottle. This device is mandatory in case of “spring lift cylinder”, it is optional in all other cases.

-The dummy bottle positioning

a. during production - safety held in its position by means of two spheres,

b. during sanitization - inserted on the centring ring nut.

La soluzione esistente prevede lo smontaggio dell'intera forcella per consentire i cambi formato.

Con la nuova soluzione, il cambio formato del collo si esegue sostituendo il supporto per il collo della forcella, senza rimuovere il supporto
