Beschreibung

If there is a malfunction on the compressed air supply (distributer or cylinder), the nozzle may not retract upwards after blowing.If this is the case, the cam on the safety system raises the nozzle using the collar fixed onto it.

Nutzen

In the event of an incident, the cam raises the nozzle mechanically to avoid damage to any of the mechanical components.

Beschreibung

-The dedust wheel comprises 30 injectors which blow compressed (at 2 bars) filtered air into the preforms

-Independently of the air supply for the machine air cylinders, the compressed air system provides a high level of filtration using a prefilter, a filter and an total filter. It also brings down air pressure from 7 bars to 2 bars

-The air suction hood comprises a turbine fan in a sealed housing, a particle filter and two baffles to channel air suction flow

-Drive for the rotation of the feed wheel, the dedust wheel and the transfer wheel is provided by a belt itself driven by the oven transmission shaft

Nutzen

-The system is eliminating any residual particles from preforms (more than 97%)

-Enables preforms to be cleaned internally before blowing

-SIDEL has developped a system to reduce the blow air and service air consumption on blowers.

-The amount of recovered air is linked to the type of blowers and depends also on the production conditions: machine rate, number of blowing stations, preblow and blow pressure and bottle capacity

-The recovered air could be re-used to generate:

- preblow air

- stretching and nozzle cylinders air

- low pressure air out of the machine (the blower acts as a LP compressor)

PCC Upgrade:  an upgrade of the PCC version to V2.02 - if the current PCC is ICC 7000 type - is no more mandatory. A software patch, integrated into the V1.10, V1.11, V1.12R1, V1.15R and V2.00R1, was built in order to keep the existing hardware*.*Some exceptions can subsist

Replacement of the standard tranfer arms by oriented/controlled opening.

Nutzen

-During preform transfer, the oriented arms with controlled grippers ensure the none-rotation of the preforms in the grips at the time of the unloading and a perfect loading of the mould.

-At bottle transfer: the orientation of the bottle allows the perfect introduction into the wheel of output, the controlled opening avoids the rebounds at unloading.
