On machines equiped with an Air Recovery Kit, filters units keep preblow, nozzle cylinder and stretching cylinders circuits, free of any PET dust that could be sucked by the nozzle during recovery phase.

-The amount of recovered air is linked to the type of blowers and depends also on the production conditions

        -Machine rate, number of blowing stations, preblow and blow pressure, bottle capacity

-The recovered air could be re-used to generate

        -Preblow air

        -Stretching and nozzle cylinders air

        -Low pressure air out of the machine (the blower acts as a LP compressor)

-The minimum required PCC version to install this O&U is V2.02; for prior versions, an update of the PCC is mandatory

-By interfacing the Universal™ technology with your Series 2 blowing nozzle, this adapter enables the nozzle sub-assemblies to reach 20 million cycles instead of the usual 10 millions

We propose the replacement of the nozzle cam driven, by pneumatic actuators, based on Series2 technology.

The expected customer benefits should result in a protection of the neck finish during blowing process.
