The new solution proposes

The current solution results in a complete dismantling of the fork to enable changeovers.

-The new plunger design, significantly lightened, improves the valve performance in the transitory phases of opening and closing. The new geometry of the plunger prevents the deformation of the valve body.

-The innovative eccentric terminal allows filling with a laminar flow, creating less bubbles during filling. Moreover, it allows a precise and clean direction of the product jet, preventing leakages during the filling phases.

-The proposed solution consists of replacing the compressed air drive with a mechanical drive with a spring

-The valve trolley is modified, removing all the seals on the sliding stem and then inserting the new stem and drive spring.

-The automatic lubrication system eliminates the risk of moving parts on the filler which have not been lubricated, thus fully complying with the manufacturer’s instructions.

-The system is managed by the machine PLC which lubricates various points on the machine at preset intervals on the basis of machine rotation time.Manual lubrication can be performed in the event of a PLC fault.

A precisely timed drop of liquid nitrogen is dosed into the headspace above the beverage in a bottle/can after filling and before sealing/capping. The cold liquid nitrogen (-196°C) turns into nitrogen gas at room temperature and expands rapidly. Since the bottle is capped at a certain time after dosing, this process creates a defined internal pressure in the bottle/can.

The Nitrodose system has been developed to meet these requirements and to cut cost at the same time by providing a precise charge of liquid nitrogen.
