System consists of an aspirator and a deioniser, this easiate the elimination of colored lacquer particles from the caps.

System can be applied anywhere on the 2000 ultraclean channel. One aspiration point in the hopper and one in the cap slide channel.

The separator for the vacuum pump saves the dispersed product during the atomization phase, destroying it and bringing it back to its original status.

The separation also helps to reduce water consumption during pump operation. Pump efficiency also benefits from this application.

The upgrade includes:

E – Automatic, continuous water / soap lubrication box

The upgrade includes the supply of a bearing-free roller made from carbon fiber-reinforced PEEK and, possibly, level and actuator introduction cams.
