-The life span of the current grippers may be limited by bushings and spring wear, which can cause incorrect bottle transfer and fallen bottles during production.

-The new grippers are designed to have a longer life span, with large plastic bushings, a more robust closing spring and a new profile of the clamp and of the bottle support.

A mechanical agitator is used to maintain the product in motion in order to prevent pulp accumulation on the bottom.

-No need of steam barriers

-Simplified process piping by modifying the product pipes and the infeed N2 pipe (because of the overall dimensions changes). Welder on site is necessary.

-This upgrade allows the conversion from the current Capwet or Capdis single-lane into the new Capdis multi-lane for Aseptic fillers.

-The new system consists of three lanes, therefore it will be able to manage more types of caps.

-This upgrade allows the conversion from the standard FMa into the FDA machine for the Combi Predis configuration.

-The main modifications in the new solution with respect to the current one are:

•Enhanced top down air flow (carousel and capper area);

•Dual sterile filtration / pre-sterilisation cycle and SKID process update;

•Gloves integrity control;

•New upper walkway;

•Bellows on Pick & Place;

•Software/Hardware FDA update;

•Blower FDA update.

• Round bar replaced by a square one, granting smoothness of the guide and more straight motion (not swinging)
• Disengagement of the finger operation from the rail;
• no risk that the finger touches the rail thanks to a cursor sliding on a square bar
• The finger guide becomes an independent mechanism (movement of the cursor-finger system independent from the cable pull)

The tangential infeed, no longer descending and at the same height as the starwheels, allows the bottles to enter without crashing or being jammed/damaged

Design review of plunger and magnet group, aimed to remove the magnetic spheres (“balls”) from the first and the bushing from the second

• In case of high foam production during CIP, false readings of flowmeters and other sensors occurs.
• The goal is to limit foam formation by using an anti-foaming agent as a chemical additive that reduces and slows foam development in industrial process liquids. Upgrade recommended in case of milk production machines (especially skim milk).
• The kit to install the upgrade includes : diaphragm pump (dosing pump), level probe (and discharge vessel), flow control assembly, process valves, electro distributors for air to drive the new process valves, raw material to modify the pipes on site, electrical material.

• A flameproof fan extracts the generated hydrogen from the machine
• A proximity sensor continuously checks the quality of the aspiration flow
• If the aspiration flow level is too low, an alarm immediately stops the machine
• This upgrade is mandatory if the customer uses aluminum labels in its production
