Description

The Predis™ system is located in the oven entrance.

-First, the hydrogen peroxide (H2O2 employed as sterilized agent) is deposited onto the internal wall of each preform.

-Performs are then heated in the oven until they reach a temperature of up to 100°C which guarantees activation of the H2O2.

-In a constant controlled atmosphere, the system ensures reduction in microorganisms between the preform and the filled-capped bottle.

1018 - Protective UPS for Universal View O&U sheet
Description

It is made up of:

1. a 3KVA 230V UPS which protects the control panel and the main PLC; it provides a standalone time of 14 minutes.

2. a 10KVA 400V UPS which protects the mobile wheel PLC, sensors, actuators and emergency stop and door safety systems; it provides them with power for 5 minutes.

Benefits

-Back-up power supply in the event of a mains power loss for auxiliary power supplies, PLCs, control panel, heating boxes and various other equipment items.

-Protect the mechanical system on a total supply failure or a bownout.

Sidel has developed a composite technology to produce grease-free moulds called Kohlox™
