In the event of an equipment failure, there are two options for maintenance of production:

-Either deactivation of the non-functional box with a corresponding adjustment of the heating profile to offset the loss of heating capacity.

-Or replacement of the box with an equivalent: an Olicorps box can thus be replaced with a Siemens box without the need for any change in automated procedures.

Comment: box selection is possible only if the box is activated and if no lamp is being used on the oven concerned.

• The unit of the cylindrical mold carrier and Universal Series 2, comprises a casing which protects the operator during closing of the lock.
• At the end of its life, the protective casing may break at the only attachment point located on the damper of the mould-holder unit.
• Through this improvement we to increase the robustness of the housing, and indirectly, to improve the security level.

-Depending on the size of the oven, one or more gaz shock can be placed under each rack. These cylinders are calibrated according to the force to be produced, they are attached at the bottom,  to the oven frame.

-A locking latch system keeps the racks in the down position. Indeed, without this lock, whenever a heating module is extracted, the rack would tend to rise under the thrust of the cylinders.

The option consists of a set of high efficiency eliminates the microorganisms. filters that prevent the passage of odors and dust in the air blowing

-A charcoal filter "AK" eliminates odors and possible hydrocarbon vapors.

-Alcohol treatment of preforms/bottles grippers, exit star wheel, blowing bell and top of mold.

• Dead space is the volume of air that is consumed and that does not take part of the bottle forming. It fills only the internal chamber of the nozzle cylinder and its size depends on the geometry of the parts.
• Less blowing air consumption because internal dead space of the nozzle cylinder is reduced by half.
• Applicability: 
  • 40 mm diameter nozzle cylinder on Universal
  • 40 mm diameter on upgraded Series 2 with Universal blowing blocks. (Ref #970)

•Replacement of the standard rail by a rail UV

•This option can have an impact on machine footprint.

•The final design of the solution is linked to the customer layout validation
